The light analyser and test system eFlat permits a very fast parallel automatic testing both for color and intensity of LEDs, Displays, Dashboard Lightings, Traffic Signals and other kinds of luminous objects.

Here the entire spectrum of the visible light is covered from dark to the brightest LEDs. The LED color tester eFLAT permits a very precise color recognition with an excellent repetition accuracy, simple operation and fast, fully automatic color evaluation, which is used in many applications of the electronics manufacturing like in In-Circuit tests as well as in function tests.

This flexible LED Color Tester is available in 4 different types, from 4 up to 16 channels. All variants provide a serial (RS232) and a digital interface.

Setup once - teach-in never again

The installation is very easy. The coupling of the light will be done via light guides.

For each channel indicator lights are available to display the status of the incoming signal quality and to facilitate considerably the installation and maintenance for the user.

Tolerances can be given in chromaticity (x,y,Y) or other color spaces. The teach-in runs off to a large extent fully automatic, expert knowledge is not required.

Combined with the optical transfer modules and the large number of up to 1024 products flexible and universal test solutions can be build up with an unmatched price-performance ratio.
